About The Position

The Vice President – Forms Governance Business Lead Analyst for Wealth business is a senior-level individual contributor and subject matter expert (SME) responsible for leading, designing, and executing the Forms Governance framework across the North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM) regions. In this highly strategic role, you will act as the primary authority on document governance, partnering with senior business leaders, compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure the integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of the Bank’s client-facing and internal document inventories. While this is an individual contributor role (non-people manager), it requires exceptional leadership, influence, and project management capabilities to drive regional standardization, digital transformation, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 7-10 years of progressive experience in Forms Governance, Operational Risk, Business Analysis, or Process Transformation.
  • Experience within a global financial institution or highly regulated industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing initiatives across multiple geographic regions.
  • Experience with NAM and LATAM regulatory environments is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of digital document management platforms, content management lifecycles, forms governance frameworks, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, challenge the status quo, influence decision-making, and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and resilience in ambiguous environments, organizational transformation, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex governance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver high-stakes initiatives, and meet demanding deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, refine, and oversee the regional Forms Governance framework.
  • Ensure all client-facing and internal documents comply with Global policies, Local regulatory requirements, and Corporate branding standards.
  • Direct the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Bank's document inventory across NAM and LATAM.
  • Implement rigorous periodic review and maintenance processes.
  • Manage complex, high-priority, and time-sensitive ad hoc document requests.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Requestors and Product Owners.
  • Translate complex business requirements into streamlined document solutions, compliant processes, and client-centric documentation.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Brand Management.
  • Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive standardized regional solutions while balancing local business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to enhance document management systems, automate manual processes, and advance digital document capabilities.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, system deficiencies, and data quality gaps.
  • Design and implement scalable remediation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing the document experience, reducing onboarding friction, accelerating time-to-market, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards.
  • Oversee controls related to form uploads, form updates, and distribution management.
  • Minimize operational, compliance, and regulatory risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive governance documentation, approval records, audit trails, and control evidence.
  • Ensure readiness for internal audits and external regulatory examinations.
