About The Position

As a Forming Technician you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This position requires the use of, or access to, information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Accordingly, only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary
• Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
