About The Position
Responsible for the setup, operation, and shutdown of Formax equipment and associated machinery. Follow all GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training is required. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) available upon request.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of operator experience within the last 12 months (experience may be combined from multiple employers).
- Must complete or possess Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain Formax and associated equipment.
- Must follow GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements.
- Qualified applicants who meet the experience and training requirements.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
