Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma
• Bilingualism (English-French) required
• Group facilitation skills
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Autonomy
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Group teaching skills would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal training
• Conduct invitations to various training sessions
• Conduct group training at the institution's Center of Excellence
• Manage absenteeism during training sessions
• Maintain internal training software
