About The Position

This position, reporting to the Director of Training and Compliance, is responsible for training employees. Its responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing training to all new employees on various client management software and other applications; Offering ongoing user support; Designing targeted video tutorials based on user needs; Conducting annual employee audits in collaboration with the existing team.

Requirements

  • College diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in damage insurance
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
  • Attention to detail and demonstrating precision and thoroughness
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and personalities
  • Excellent teaching skills
  • Ease of learning new software/computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both individual and group
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment by establishing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of EPIC software
  • Knowledge of ARS (Applied Rating System) software
  • Valid AMF license – Damage Insurance
