Nice To Haves

Forklift experience and or forklift safety certification
3 to 5 years' experience operating larger lift Trucks
Forklift certification is preferred
Inventory management or WMS experience

Responsibilities

Receiving and shipping wood products (loading/unloading containers and flatbed trucks with forklift).
Pulling and loading orders
Inventory management (FIFO and cycle counts)
Warehouse Upkeeping
Operate all assigned material handling equipment
Follow all NWH Standards for Lift Drivers
Manage complex workflows supporting production and shipping
Proper loading and unloading of inbound and outbound lumber
Proper storing following FIFO guidelines
Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity
Train, coach, and validate other operators
Support audits, inventories, and CI initiatives
Collaborating with supervisors on workflow planning
Unload all OSP lumber off flatbeds
Receiving all inbound OSP lumber
Control GRN inventory
Snow removal and driveway repair
Load all containers with the shipper
Load one or both stackers infeed decks
Backup high lift driver as needed
