Requirements

Previous forklift warehouse experience required
Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, ride-on equipment, or similar material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
Comfort using RF scanners and maintaining accurate inventory information.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including above shoulder height.
Ability to work in cold/freezer areas, warm production spaces, and around powered moving equipment.

Nice To Haves

food manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks with materials or finished goods.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment in warehouses, freezer, dock, and production areas.
Move materials to production workstations, storage areas, and shipping/receiving locations.
Use handheld RF scanners, complete inventory cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
Inspect equipment, complete daily pre-start checks, and report damages, shortages, or quality concerns.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following PPE, GMP, and company safety requirements.
