About The Position

All Lift Service Company is a premier, full-service material handling dealership covering Northeast Ohio with sales, service, parts, and rentals for industrial equipment. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Technical Parts Sales person to join our service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to begin building a career in the industrial equipment industry. You will play an important role in our rebuild and repair operations by ensuring engine and equipment components are properly cleaned and prepared for assembly and service.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in parts operations, service support, or a related industrial/automotive environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of service operations and parts systems
  • Proficiency with computerized parts and inventory management programs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (decimals, percentages, inventory tracking)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to perform medium-duty physical work in a shop/industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and move throughout shop and warehouse environments as needed

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, high-quality parts sales and support to internal technicians and external customers
  • Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Manage and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy, availability, and optimal turnover levels
  • Establish and follow procedures for inventory tracking, documentation, and parts reporting
  • Monitor and report parts department performance, including inventory status and operational metrics
  • Support service department workflow by ensuring timely parts updates and availability
  • Develop and improve processes and procedures within the parts department as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization, efficiency, and professionalism in all parts of operations
