About The Position
This role involves operating equipment, managing pallets, and performing various tasks related to the production and movement of dairy products. The operator will be responsible for daily operational procedures, material handling, and basic equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- General knowledge of machine operation
- General knowledge of touch screen control systems
Responsibilities
- Performing daily start up and shut down tasks
- Stacking product when necessary
- Tracking and tagging pallets
- Operating equipment
- Keeping the machines supplied with necessary materials
- Transporting, loading and unloading pallets of product from trailers
- Performing minor mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Performing sensory evaluations on products and ingredients
- Completing all necessary paperwork required by the position
- Other duties as assigned
