About The Position

Forklift Operator position is a key player in warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products. The company is a leading manufacturer of foam cups, classic red SOLO cups, and convenient take-out containers.

Requirements

• Six (6) months relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating a clamp truck

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
• Follow safety regulations and quality standards
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
• Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
• Ensure damage-free stacking of products
• Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management
