Forklift Operator- 2nd shift
About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Cherry Pickers in Humble, TX. As a Forklift (Cherry Picker) Driver, you will operate a Cherry Picker forklift / Order Picker in and around the warehouse. You will pull product from the warehouse for shipment to stores and DCs, move product from Inbound Bins into the racks based on product type and dimension, and relocate product from end caps and service areas into racks. You will also ensure inbound product and transfers received are stored in designated rack areas, scan merchandise prior to moving it to a different location, and position product on the racking system. Additionally, you will carry or transport orders to the dock with material handling equipment and be able to operate radio frequency equipment. This is a full-time opportunity with hours from 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
Requirements
- Cherry picker experience preferred
- Experience using an RF handheld scanner
Responsibilities
- Operates Cherry Pickers forklift / Order Picker in and around warehouse

- Efficiently pick customer orders
- Ensures inbound product and transfers received are stored in designated rack areas
- Responsible for scanning merchandise prior to moving it to a different location
- Positions product on racking system
- Carry or transports orders to the dock with material handling equipment
- Able to operate radio frequency equipment
