About The Position

Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong, dependable work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus, but we can train the right candidate)
- Background in pallet repair, carpentry, construction, or general labor is a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely throughout your shift
- Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Inspect pallets for damage and quality
- Load, unload, and move materials across the facility
- Handle general warehouse/utility tasks as needed
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
