About The Position

Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC is hiring a third-shift Forklift Operator at its Beloit, Wisconsin facility. The starting pay is $19 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential. Employees may be eligible for pay increases at 90 days and six months, based on performance and attendance. Forklift Operators safely operate and care for forklifts, handle and move materials and supplies efficiently, maintain accurate records, and load and unload trailers. The work involves physical activity and exposure to wet, hot, or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and usually loud noise. Requirements

One year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy and apply concepts of high school math.
Ability to use common-sense reasoning to carry out written, oral, or graphic instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance from another worker.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

Two years of forklift experience preferred.
