Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

About The Position

The Forklift Operator supports GXO’s supply chain operations by operating powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials. The role includes using handheld scanners accurately, loading and unloading trailers, performing inbound receiving processes, and maintaining a clean work environment while adhering to the 7S program and supply chain quality policy. The position is scheduled for the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Availability for a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed, is required. The job involves frequent lifting of 50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 75 pounds, along with handling tools or equipment and working in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Requirements

Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of warehouse experience.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
