About The Position

The Forklift Operator moves products and materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. This position works 4:00 AM–4:30 PM on a 2-2-3 flex schedule at the Houston, Texas (NorthPoint) location. Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.66 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of general work experience required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Transport raw materials, full goods, and/or finished goods to designated areas.
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move products and/or materials manually as required.
