About The Position

This role involves operating a forklift to transport filled pallets, following daily work instructions, conducting safety inspections, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and adhering to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Requirements

• 1 year plus experience desired
• High School Diploma / GED / HSED

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport filled pallets
• Follow daily work instructions from the Packaging Supervisor/Lead
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report any equipment issues to supervisors
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading trucks
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety, and set a proper example at all times
• Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
• Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
