Requirements
- Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
- Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
- Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
- Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
- Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
