About The Position

The Forklift Operator is a vital contributor to warehouse operations, responsible for the loading, unloading, and movement of inventory using forklift and pallet jack machinery while optimizing loads for operational efficiency. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role supports production requirements by transporting materials across the facility, maintaining safety standards, and performing accurate inventory management. The Forklift Operator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving operations, including proper load securement techniques.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more, including reaching and bending during offloading and shipment separation.
Availability to work flexible hours and days, including overtime as required by daily operational volume.
Experience performing accurate inventory counts and placing or pulling cartons from warehouse racking systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of RF scanning equipment and barcode reading for inventory tracking purposes.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred; familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with warehouse teammates to coordinate the timely movement of inventory and ensure production schedules are met without disruption.
Communicate effectively across shifts and with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to maintain a seamless flow of materials throughout the facility.
Contribute to a team-first culture by demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to shared operational goals.
Support the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments so that fan orders are fulfilled with speed and precision.
Handle officially licensed merchandise and warehouse inventory with care, ensuring product integrity is maintained from receiving through dispatch.
Contribute to order accuracy by performing precise inventory counts and proper placement of cartons, reducing errors that could impact the fan experience.
Play an active role in keeping operations running smoothly so that fans receive the products they love on time and in perfect condition.
Identify and flag workplace safety hazards proactively, recommending improvements to safety protocols and operational workflows.
Leverage RF scanning equipment and barcode systems to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce manual error in tracking and movement tasks.
Seek opportunities to optimize load configurations and material flow to improve throughput and reduce handling time across the facility.
Adapt quickly to changing daily work volumes and shift requirements, applying problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency under pressure.
Operate forklift and pallet jack machinery with precision and accountability, adhering to all safety standards and equipment protocols at all times.
Secure loads properly before transport and follow established procedures for pulling and placing cartons on racks with accuracy and care.
Maintain the physical stamina and focus required to perform at a high level across extended shifts of 8–10 hours, including overtime when business needs demand.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks — from loading docks to storage aisles — ensuring every movement of inventory contributes to a well-run, high-performing operation.
