About The Position

States Logistics Services, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for the second shift, Monday through Friday, with a scheduled start time of 3:00 p.m. and an end time of 11:30 p.m. The position requires six-day work weeks and shifts exceeding 10 hours per day based on volume. Starting compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus a $1-per-hour shift differential for second shift.

The role supports warehouse operations by fulfilling and staging customer orders, unloading and checking in products, assisting with shipping and receiving, and keeping the warehouse accessible and safe. Facilities maintenance may also be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, twist, and turn, and consistently lift, push, or pull 50 pounds throughout a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work required overtime regularly, including shifts exceeding 10 hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Good attendance and punctuality, including reporting on time, working scheduled shifts, and working mandatory overtime.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
• Able to speak and read work orders and understand or clarify verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and accurately fill customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to identify items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Unload trucks, check in products, match purchase orders to sale orders, and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Compare unloaded products against purchase orders and report discrepancies, including overages, shortages, or damages.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets and move them to holding or outbound staging areas.
• Weigh and count items for distribution as needed to meet company standards.
• Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for company and customer traffic.
• Perform facilities maintenance as assigned, such as sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Assist with racking, reconfiguration, and product consolidation.
