About The Position

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Forklift Operators. Starting at $21.00/hour, with the possibility of an additional $1.00/hour shift premium for evening shifts and $2.00/hour for overnight shifts. As a key player in our warehouse operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products.

Requirements

• Six (6) months relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating a clamp truck

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
• Follow safety regulations and quality standards
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
• Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
• Ensure damage-free stacking of products
• Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management
