Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be trained and certified on the forklift.
• Trained and able to demonstrate hazardous chemical handling.
• Proficient in the operation of stretch wrappers.
• Proficient with a forklift on all operations lines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorized forklift and other equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Conduct lubrication tasks (oiling, greasing, etc.).
• Retrieve samples.
• Perform power washing.
• Lift and haul items up and down stairs.
• Dump rework materials.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Load trucks in the prescribed manner.
• Complete and make changes to pick sheets.
• Communicate with visitors and customers in a professional manner.
• Operate roll up doors.
• Understand and execute inventory procedures.
• Perform pallet transfer operations.
• Reconcile finished product.
