About The Position

A Forklift Operator shall perform general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials, site clean-up and preparation, mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite, and general construction tasks. Requirements

  • Valid certification to operate forklifts
  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience as forklift operator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of industrial equipment

Responsibilities

  • Perform general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials.
  • Site clean-up and preparation.
  • Mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite.
  • General construction tasks.
  • Follow verbal directions as required to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Clean-up of work area, supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate regularly with the Field Foreman with regard to issues and concerns on the job site.
  • Comply with all Apache and client safety policies and programs.
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record.
  • Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work unsupervised in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Unload and upload material.
  • Identify damages.
  • Report shortages.
  • Report quality deficiencies.
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations.
  • Inspect machinery.
  • Determine the need for repairs.
  • Keep updated records of inventory.
  • Produce activity logs.
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines.
