About The Position

American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier pallet restoration and logistics company in Algona, WA to hire a full-time Forklift Operator. This role offers a dependable, early-morning schedule, great team support, and a stable path to a permanent career. The Forklift Operator will operate single and double sit-down forklifts to transport high-volume pallets and freight, load commercial trucks, and stage finished structural pallets within a busy warehouse. They will also help organize incoming raw materials to keep the production line flowing efficiently and execute daily pre-operation vehicle safety checks and equipment logs, adhering strictly to all plant safety rules, speed guidelines, and pedestrian markers.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift required (single/double experience preferred).
• Strong personal accountability and the ability to work early morning shifts consistently.
• Unwavering commitment to industrial workplace safety standards.
• Excellent attendance track record and reliable daily transportation.
