About The Position
Aeroflex USA, Inc is now hiring for a 2nd shift Forklift Operator. This is an opportunity to join a great company. The role is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stock, and count raw and finished materials within the warehouse. Additionally, the position involves pulling, building, staging, and loading customer orders daily. This includes frequently dismounting the forklift to pick orders that are less than a pallet (under 30 cartons per item). Approximately 50% of the shift will involve physical labor and standing, including building bundles of cartons using the 5.4 AeroPak method.
Requirements
- At least 50% of the shift doing physical labor and standing.
Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stocking and counting finished and raw materials within the warehouse.
- Pulling, building, staging, and loading customer orders daily.
- Getting off and on the forklift when picking orders that are less than a pallet of 30 cartons of each item.
- Building bundles of cartons using the 5.4 AeroPak method.
