About The Position
Retrieves palletized product from the scale packer line and moves palletized product to the staging area of the shipping department. With a forklift, retrieve palletized product from the scale packing lines and moves them into the shipping department depending on the loading schedule. If pallets are to be loaded directly onto a truck, the driver deposits the pallets near the shipping docks. A second driver retrieves these pallets and loads them onto a truck. If pallets are not to be loaded immediately, the driver takes the pallets to the holding area.
Requirements
- Must have six months of continuous work history with a prior employer
- Forklift operator experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
