About The Position

Midwest Refrigerated Services is hiring a third-shift Forklift Operator to move product throughout the warehouse and maintain accurate product reconciliation. The role is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., at $22.50 per hour. The work takes place in a cooler maintained at 34–38°F and supports warehouse and logistics services for the food industry. Employees are expected to demonstrate the company’s values of modesty, integrity, dependability, work ethic, efficiency, safety, and trust.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in a cooler at 34–38°F.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good computer aptitude and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.
• Exceptional attendance record.
• Pass all pre-employment testing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RF-controlled inventory systems.
• Previous experience handling food products.
