If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking an Operator III – Warehouse to join our team at our bakery in Hazleton, PA. As an Operator III – Warehouse, you will be accountable for ensuring finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining food safety, quality standards, and inventory integrity in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Stand‑up forklift experience
Basic math, timekeeping, and computer skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or light industrial environment
Experience using SAP WM or similar warehouse management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience training new warehouse or shipping employees
Ability to learn and operate yard jockey equipment

Responsibilities

Ensure finished goods meet quality and food safety requirements, placing product on hold physically and in SAP WM when required
Execute accurate inbound and outbound shipping activities, including documentation and system transactions
Safely store and move palletized finished goods in freezer racking without product damage
Maintain FIFO inventory practices and perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
Inspect trailers, pallets, and storage locations to uphold food safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to support safe and efficient operations
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized warehouse environment while following GMP and safety procedures
