About The Position

Har-Tru, LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join its manufacturing and distribution team in Troy, Virginia. The role safely operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and organize materials and finished products throughout the facility. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a four-day second-shift schedule of Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. (four 10-hour shifts). The stated salary range is $41,000–$50,000, approximately $20–$24 per hour. The work is typically performed in an industrial space without air conditioning or heat. The environment is dusty and includes frequent outdoor work with exposure to the elements. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the manufacturing facility.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are handled accurately and safely.
Perform routine forklift maintenance checks and report issues.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform additional material-handling and general warehouse duties as assigned.
