About The Position

The Forklift Operator works primarily in a freezer environment, operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support order fulfillment and inventory movement. The role involves loading, unloading, moving, and stacking pallets; supporting picking, staging, and replenishment of customer orders; and receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory using FIFO practices. The operator performs daily equipment inspections, reports maintenance issues, maintains organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts, and follows safety procedures and company SOPs. The role works closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals. The position is based in Orlando, Georgia, and requires extended work in sub-zero freezer temperatures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 7 a.m. Pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $2 per hour freezer incentive.

Requirements

• Prior forklift operating experience is required.
• Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliability and teamwork in a physical work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts in freezer storage environments.
