The position involves packaging products into finished goods, transporting them to warehouses, and operating converting machinery. Successful candidates will receive job-specific training, including safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks. Requirements

Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (either 7a-7pm and 7pm-7am, dependent on seniority and schedule (2-2-3)).

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

Packaging of products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specification.
Transporting finished goods to various on-site warehouses.
Operating sit-down forklifts (80% of time).
Operating converting machinery (20% of time).
Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Following Safety Regulations.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Completing computer-based safety training.
