About The Position
PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their team in Augusta, KS. This position involves the safe and efficient operation of telehandlers and forklifts to move steel, load and unload trucks, and support ongoing projects. Requirements
- Experience with 8K, 10K, and 12K Telehandlers required
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Experience loading and offloading of large structural steel beams and columns preferred.
- Construction or blasting and coatings experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate telehandlers and forklifts to move materials, including steel
- Load and unload trucks as directed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
