About The Position

At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient. This is a full-time opportunity with great benefits, and the starting pay is $21.50 per hour (which includes shift differential), with a potential for a $0.50 raise after 90 days. We are looking for individuals who are handy with a scanner and comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Previous Raymond Reach Truck experience is a must, and a Reach Truck test will be administered during the on-site interview.

Requirements

Prior experience operating equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Must have Raymond Reach Truck experience
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around motorized equipment all day
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), turret trucks, and reach lifts
Unload incoming deliveries and stock materials
Track all material movements using handheld scanners or SAP
Pick up materials and components for production runs
Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care
Complete daily safety and maintenance checklists and report any issues urgently
Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory checks
Load outgoing trucks to ensure timely and complete customer order fulfillment
Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, especially important at this beauty & wellness manufacturing site
