About The Position

Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Successful completion of a drug and/or alcohol test as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Lead and support production teams by promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Motivate a team while meeting production goals.
