About The Position
Allen Distribution is currently hiring Forklift Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. We are looking for dependable team members who are safety-focused, hardworking, and ready to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The purpose of this position is to operate power equipment to safely load, unload, move, stack, and count product throughout the warehouse.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Positive “Whatever It Takes” attitude.
- Willingness to learn and support the team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and RF scan devices safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments accurately.
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
- Complete equipment inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility.
- Assist in other operational areas as needed.
