Requirements

Have the ability to work in temps ranging from zero to minus twenty degrees Fahrenheit
Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds

Responsibilities

Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
Assists in movement of product within the distribution process
Unloading/loading of inbound, outbound and transfer trailers
Moving of product from one area to another
Keep dock floors and equipment clear of debris including but not limited to stretch wrap, wood, dust, snow, ice and exposed product
Up-stacking or down-stacking of product for storage, loading and inventories
Pass all requirements to be a PIE operator for OK Foods
Maintain an absentee rate of 5% or less
Maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
