Requirements

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
• Occasionally required to sit.
• Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed.
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly.
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products.
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine.
