About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a part-time Forklift Operator at its Reno, Nevada service center. The role involves safely moving different types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The operator uses a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

The position pays $26.49 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday on various shifts. PTO becomes available after the first 90 calendar days of employment. The company also describes an excellent benefits package, including access to employee resorts.

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience, including previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
