About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Have basic math skills.
Keep accurate paperwork and have legible handwriting.
Rotate product in cooler by dates and take inventory.
Wash down areas
Load and unload trucks.
Be able to communicate with proper personnel.
Ability to work in cold atmosphere 35 degrees or less.
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Ability to work without direct supervision until job is completed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must be willing and able to obtain a forklift and pallet jack license within 10 days.
Must abide by all department safety rules.
May be subject to rotation.
