About The Position

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for various tasks in the warehouse, including operating a sit-down forklift for 90% of the day. Additional duties involve operating wrappers, using RF Scanners, applying pallet tags, opening/closing trailer doors, and case picking. The role also includes managing warehouse inventory, confirming counts, performing quality control, and maintaining assigned property while supporting company goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience (minimum).
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Good vision and manual dexterity.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of continuous experience in every previous job.
• Two years previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
