About The Position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Heavy Hi-Lift Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will manage the movement of goods, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations.

Requirements

Proven experience operating Hi-Lifts, Reach Truck, and Sit-down Forklift operators
Must lift up to 75lbs or more
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes, order picking, and inventory control.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WMS, RF scanners, AS400, or MRP systems preferred.
E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Hi-Lift forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, Cherry Picker, and sit-down to load, unload, and transport materials.
Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory.
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining high accuracy.
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using AS400 or other MRP systems; inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments according to company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
