Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of relevant experience (minimum).
Ability to work various shifts.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to operate industrial equipment.
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Good vision and manual dexterity.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of continuous experience in every previous job.
Two years previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift for 90% of the day.
Operate wrappers, use RF Scanners, apply pallet tags, and open/close trailer doors.
Perform case picking.
Participate in the order picking and truck loading process.
Operate warehouse inventory robots and forklifts.
Confirm counts from production to warehouse.
Perform quality control of all outgoing product and set up orders of incoming stock.
Care for and maintain assigned property and support company goals with staff.
