About The Position

This position is responsible for entry-level forklift operations, ensuring product and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse accurately and on time using a motor-powered forklift. Team members will be retrained and certified on the forklift during orientation. Applicants may be considered for forklift operator openings on any shift, including day or night shift. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Internal applicants must have completed the 90-day probationary period and remain in the position for six months unless promoted to a higher role. The bid is awarded to the most senior applicant. This position is intended for team members currently working at this facility or complex. Team members seeking to transfer from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the job’s physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
