About The Position
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Forklift Operator operates a forklift to support production of ready-to-eat popcorn products at Conagra Brands’ Lincoln, Nebraska facility. The role transports materials, maintains cleanliness standards, assists with loading and unloading, and helps keep production flowing safely and efficiently. The shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and the hourly rate is $23.62 plus a $1.00 shift differential.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfort with moderate lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication with team members and prompt reporting of errors to appropriate personnel.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety while operating a forklift to move materials, packaging supplies, and finished pallets throughout the facility.
- Assist with loading and unloading, including manual support when needed.
- Keep work areas clean and ensure forklift batteries remain charged.
- Support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
