About The Position

This is a seasonal Forklift Operator position with a pay rate of $19.50/hr, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential. On-demand pay is available, allowing access to a portion of earned wages before payday. The shift is Monday-Friday, 11:30 am-7:30 pm, with potential for overtime, including Saturdays. This role is not eligible for benefits and is expected to last through the facility's peak season, with the possibility of ending earlier or extending slightly based on workload and business needs. Requirements

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
6+ months previous order picker or turret experience - required
Ability to work at heights of 20ft or more
Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

Safely operate an order picker or turret to perform inventory consolidation tasks
Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
Perform other duties on or off forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
Adhere to all safety policies – steel toes required
