Requirements

Previous forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, or both).
Demonstrated ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the facility.
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
Prepare outgoing shipments by ensuring products are properly labeled, packaged, and documented for delivery.
Transport raw materials to production areas and move finished goods to designated storage or shipping locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners, inventory management systems, or manual logs.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and promptly report any maintenance, operational, or safety concerns.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory processes as required.
Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping/receiving environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
