About The Position

This position involves shipping and receiving product with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safety-conscious culture. The role requires operating material handling equipment, verifying shipment details, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. A training period of a minimum of 90 days is expected, with the possibility of up to two years to meet all requirements.

Requirements

• Able to speak, read and write English
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Basic working knowledge of computer applications

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials from inbound and outbound trucks
• Verifies condition and quantity of materials being shipped or received
• Moves, stores, stacks, and delivers materials and products to designated storage or production areas
• Operates a material handling equipment such as forklifts and walkers
• Scans and verifies data in Adage matches actual shipments as needed
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
