About The Position

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, and stage product within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient product flow.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience (required)
• Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisle environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food distribution or cold storage
• RF scanner or WMS experience

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to put away and retrieve product from racking systems
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Stage product for picking, shipping, and replenishment
• Support picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
