About The Position

This position operates a forklift in the palletizing area for fully cooked lines 1, 2, and 3. The operator picks up finished pallets, ensures the Manifestor configures each pallet in the EIM system, places a header card on the pallet, and wraps it using a stretch-wrapping machine. Wrapped pallets are transported to the freezer or shipping dock. Other duties are performed as directed by the supervisor.

The role is based inside a facility with noisy conditions, wet floors, cool temperatures (50 degrees or below), adequate lighting, moving objects, and mechanical and electrical hazards. Sanitizing solutions are present in water and sanitizers. Days per week and hours per day vary. This is a second-shift position.

Requirements

• Hold a forklift operator license and be a certified forklift operator.
• Have at least 3 months of food industry production experience within the last 2 years; experience may be combined across employers.
• Be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
