About The Position

This position is responsible for transporting, loading, unloading, and moving materials in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. Work may be performed in warehouse, production, or refrigerated environments. Overtime, weekends, and flexible scheduling may be required based on operational needs. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Must have at least 6 months forklift/warehouse experience

Prior Tyson Workers: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Responsibilities

Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility to support production and operational needs.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following all company safety procedures.
Ensure materials are delivered to designated areas accurately and on schedule.
Inspect materials and equipment for damage, defects, or safety concerns and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
Follow inventory control procedures and assist with stock rotation and material organization.
Support production and warehouse operations by coordinating material flow as needed.
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, delays, or operational concerns.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
