About The Position
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking Forklift Operators to join our team! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business! We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to work at our Tonawanda processing plant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 3+ years of forklift experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Must maintain a drug free lifestyle (BBD complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Forklift: 3 year (Required)
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
- Assist laborers with general maintenance tasks including but not limited to scraping/cleaning equipment, emptying vats, and hand scraping dumpsters
- Move supplies throughout facility
- Assist with organizing materials, general warehouse duties, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Other duties as assigned
